ABS Web Based Support 

In the past Advanced Business Systems, LLC has utilized a Web Based Support System whereby our clients log their support request on our website and the resulting solutions are handled by the technicain through the support site. We have fallen out of the habit of using this useful tool and need to start utilizing this again. The WEB BASED SUPPORT has the following Benefits:

1. The Support system is always monitored. When customers try to call their favorite technician the ABS technician they are calling may be in a meeting and unable to respond right away. The WEB BASED Support system is monitored by someone who is always in the system. You will get a better more prompt response!
2. Issues are not lost because they are logged and in the system.
3. Response times are tracked so that statistics are available to ABS management for proactive steps, if necessary.
4. It lowers the cost to our clients because the WEB BASED support system requires more complete information to be entered. This decreases our response time due to receiving incomplete information.

We are currently testing this tool to assure adequate performance. Expect to receive information in the near future regarding its use.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Bob Cole has come on board at ABS. Bob has long term experience in Navision (NAV) both as an implementer and trainer and as an end user working in industry.
